Sadly, some inventory comes to us a little damaged and doesn't quite pass our quality check. These items are still usable and just need a little extra love! Your item may be slightly bent, have a mark on it, the imprint could be crooked, etc. This is still a fun way to put these items to use + also have them at a major discount for y'all!

If you get a little coffee on your tote (hey, I've been there!) you can spot clean it. We have not tested putting our totes in the washer/dryer yet and I have always just spot cleaned mine as needed.No returns or exchanges at this time.
